How to make mobile learning work. Practical hints and tips on the use of BYOD in the class
Modern learners are called by some ‘the net generation’ or ‘digital natives’ referring to the ways the students cope with reality around them, study, work and build social networks. There are myriad ways of working with the current generation, and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) might have potential to help students increase their skills. This talk will present the pros and cons of the BYOD trend, and introduce ways to integrate mobile learning into daily lesson planning and syllabus design.

This session will allow participants move from the traditional classroom approach to a more innovative one with using SAMR model of technology integration. Attendees will be provided with some examples of Device Neutral instructions for classrooms and language lesson plans with BYOD examples.
