The ‘invisible’ learner: being learner centred in the digital world
In a world where more and more people are gaining access to education through technology, contact time between teachers and learners is becoming more difficult to achieve. My talk will touch on the challenges this presents in creating a language learning app and outline some of the practices we employ at busuu to not only maintain contact with our learners, but to use their feedback to shape what we do next.
